Create own voucher-shop
How to create your own voucher-shop
Prerequisites
To be able to use your store, 2 requirements must first be met:
- You must be the owner of a massage entry
- Have specified general information under “Business details”
Studio voucher
The configuration for your voucher store is divided into 2 sections.
Part 1: Basic configuration
Part 2: Configuration for vouchers & store page
Basic configuration
In the sidebar, open Shop settings -> Studio voucher
Shop website
Specify the URL under which your store should be accessible to customers.
You can define an individual name.
This name will always be displayed before the URL thai-massage.de. The final URL will look like this:
wunschname.thai-massage.de
Logo & studio name
Your logo and studio name will be displayed on your store page, vouchers and emails relating to your customers' orders.
Upload your logo by clicking on “Upload logo”.
Enter your studio name.
Imprint
The legal notice is required by law and must contain the relevant company details.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a ready-made template, as this always has to be designed individually.
The easiest way is to use an online generator and then insert the text. These are usually offered free of charge.
https://www.google.com/search?q=impressum+generator
If you use external images from external databases in your online store, a source must often be specified.
You could also include this in the “Imprint”. However, pay attention to the specifications of the image provider.
If you need assistance with this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Invoicing
Specify yourself whether or not invoices should be created automatically for your customers.
The default setting is automatic invoicing.
Find out more details about “Invoicing” here.
Tax type
Select how your vouchers should be taxed.
You can choose from 3 types:
- Standard (regular sales tax is charged)
- Tax-exempt (no sales tax is charged)
- Small business (no sales tax is charged)
We have written a separate article on this. Read more details here.
Terms of use
Upload your terms of use/AGB as a PDF document.
*There is no legal obligation to do so. If you do not provide terms and conditions, the statutory provisions always apply.
*We recommend that you use your own terms and conditions.
We have attached various samples for you. These differ depending on whether you use automatic invoicing and which tax type you use.
Automatic invoicing activated
- Sample with tax setting “Standard”
- Sample with tax type “Tax exempt”
- Sample with tax type “Small business”
Automatic invoicing deactivated

We assume no legal liability for the sample texts provided.
Payment connection
In order for you to accept payments from customers, it is necessary for you to register with our connected payment provider “Stripe”.
Due to regulatory requirements, a KYC check must be carried out.
Click on the “Complete onboarding” button to start the process. You will be redirected to the onboarding process.
Depending on the type of company, various details must be entered. These are mostly self-explanatory.
You could enter the following in the “Technical details” area:
Branch: Massage parlor
Your website: Enter your website or your previously selected store URL
Product description: We run a Thai massage studio. Customers can purchase vouchers via our online store, which they can redeem on site. We would like to use Stripe as an interface for payment in our online store.
