Automated invoicing

An invoice is created automatically after every successful receipt of payment.

This is sent both to your customers and to you by email.

You also have the option of viewing and downloading your invoices in the dashboard at any time.

Invoice numbering

- Invoices:**

Numbered consecutively according to the following pattern:

RE-{Studio-ID}-{YYYY}{FileNo}

Example: RE-1234-20251

- Cancellation invoices / credit notes:**

If a purchase is canceled, the system automatically creates a cancellation invoice (also called a "credit note") with the prefix

GS-{Original invoice number}

Example: GS-RE-1234-20251

Both you and the customer will also receive this by e-mail.

Invoice format

These are currently simple electronic invoices in PDF format.

In our terms of use, we declare to your customers that they agree to electronic invoice delivery and do not receive e-invoices as defined by EU directives.

We plan to introduce support for legally compliant e-invoices in the future.

Storage & GoBD conformity

All invoices are archived in a tamper-proof manner.

- Subsequent processing or deletion is excluded by the system**.

- Invoices are stored for a period of 10 years, in each case from the end of the current calendar year.

We use technical protective measures to ensure audit-proof storage. These include

- immutability of the stored invoices

- Deletion lock for the entire duration of the statutory retention period**

Our aim is to implement the requirements of GoBD in the best possible way.

However, as we do not currently have any official certification carried out by an auditor, we are formulating this cautiously:

Please note that as an entrepreneur, you are still responsible for complying with your statutory retention obligations. Our software supports you in this.
