How the redemption of vouchers works

The core competence of the voucher program lies in the easy redemption of vouchers.

Studio and universal vouchers differ only minimally in terms of redemption.

To make the process as easy to understand as possible, we will first explain the individual details on a voucher:

Components of a voucher

- Voucher code: Represents the respective voucher
- QR code:** Combination of code & redemption page
- PIN:** Is required to verify the redemption
- Redemption page (studio-related): Shows your redemption locations and is the entry point to the redemption process

There are 2 ways to redeem vouchers

You can change the language at any time during the entire process - this does not affect the process.

✅ Option 1 (preferred - for studio owners)

scan QR code
(in the middle of the voucher)
→ The redemption page `thai-massage.de/check` opens automatically with the voucher code provided.
Click on “Check ”
→ The current voucher value is displayed.
Select “Redeem voucher ”
→ Enter the amount to be redeemed.
“Continue?!”
→ The customer sees a summary.
5 PIN entry by the customer
→ The customer enters their personal PIN to confirm.
---### 👤 Option 2 (suitable for customers)

open the link shown left below on the voucher.
→ Either enter directly in the browser or scan the QR code next to it.
the redemption page opens.
→ There you will see your redemption locations and a field for entering or scanning the voucher code.
the rest of the process corresponds to option 1.

Redeeming a universal voucher

The process remains basically the same, with one additional step:
You must select your studio in the process so that the redemption can be assigned correctly.

How to find your studio

You have two options:

- Enter the studio ID
- You can find this in the dashboard (in the sidebar next to “Dashboard”)
- Or in your settings under "Business details ”

Or alternatively:

- Enter the studio name
- A suitable selection appears after the first 3 letters.
