Reviews

Visitors have the opportunity to leave reviews for studios.

Each rating consists of the following elements:

Stars: A rating from 1 to 5 stars can be given, with 5 stars being the best rating.
Text: Customers can describe experiences in their own words. This text is optional. However, if a visitor awards 3 stars or less, this text becomes a mandatory field.
Images: Visitors can upload images that will automatically be displayed in your image gallery.
Name: The visitor must enter their name. First name and the first letter of the surname.

To submit the final rating, the visitor enters their e-mail address. He will receive an e-mail with which he can confirm the rating.
The visitor does not need to create a user account.

Visitors also have the option of changing or deleting their rating at any time.
To do this

Manage ratings

In your dashboard, you can see all reviews in the “Reviews” menu.

Comment/reply to a review

click on “Reply” in the corresponding rating
write your reply
click on “Reply”

Edit/delete reply

click on “Edit”
to edit, simply adjust your text. To delete, remove your text.
click on “Save”

Report rating

If you are of the opinion that a review is unjustified, you can report it to us using the “!” icon.
