Revocation of voucher orders


Cancellations of vouchers are extremely rare. However, should it happen, we will take care of the entire process for you.


**Why is this important?

So that you don't have to worry, we make sure that


  • the revocation is processed in a legally compliant manner and on time
  • the customer receives a binding confirmation of receipt
  • all steps are transparent and hassle-free for you


Our contact details are stored in the official withdrawal form. We act as an authorized representative for the customer and take care of all communication.

This is how a revocation works


  1. Receipt of the revocation


The customer uses our provided revocation form. We receive the request directly - you do not have to do anything else.


  1. Confirmation and processing


We confirm receipt to the customer and take care of the complete processing.


  1. Credit to the customer


The amount will be credited to the customer via the original payment method. If requested, the customer will also receive a refund invoice by e-mail.


  1. Notification to you


You will automatically receive an e-mail about the withdrawal. On request, we will also send you all correspondence with the customer.


  1. Partial revocation possible


If the customer has purchased several vouchers in one order, he can also revoke only individual vouchers. The remaining part of the order remains unaffected.


If a revocation is received directly by you


Despite all precautions, it can happen that a customer inadvertently sends their revocation directly to you.
